Yes, Renaissance Apartment Homes in Santa Rosa are pet-friendly! We welcome your furry companions, though please note that breed restrictions do apply. These include, but are not limited to, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Dobermans, Chow Chows, St. Bernards, Great Danes, Akitas, Staffordshire Terriers, American Bulldogs, and Karelian Bear Dogs. Additionally, any hybrid or mixed breed of the aforementioned breeds will not be allowed.

To ensure that our residents can comfortably afford their new home, we require that applicants have a monthly income that is at least 2.5 times the rent amount.

If you are employed by a company, you must provide one of the following:

• Two consecutive months' worth of paycheck stubs.
• An Offer Letter of Employment dated within 30 days of the move-in date.

If you are self-employed or retired, you must provide one of the following:

• One year's worth of tax returns, Form 1099, or a similar document.
• Six months' worth of bank statements reflecting the 2.5x monthly rent requirement.
• A savings account containing at least the 2.5x monthly rental requirement for the duration of the lease agreement.
